Step by step
From billing software to live online store in 6 steps
Here is the complete process, exactly as shown in the demo.
Step 1
Add auto-sliding banners from the admin panel
Start with the banners at the top of your app and website. They slide automatically, so your offers are the first thing customers see.
- Open the admin panel and go to Add Banners.
- Click Choose File and select your banner image.
- Click Save Banner. Repeat for every banner (the demo adds six).
- Refresh your website or app. The banners appear and slide automatically.
💡Use the same size for every banner so the slider doesn’t jump.

Create every product image with AI
No product photos? No problem. The billing software uses artificial intelligence to create images for your whole catalogue in one go, and the same images are used on your website and app.
- Go to Product Catalog cum Image Update.
- Click Show All Products to load your full list.
- Click Bulk Image Update.
- Wait a minute or two while images are created for each product, one by one.

Step 3
Sync your categories and subcategories online
Your categories in billing become the menu of your online store. Add an image to each category and subcategory first, because the store looks far better with them.
- In the billing software, open Inventory and then E-commerce.
- Click Category and add an image for each category. Do the same for subcategories.
- Go back to Inventory → E-commerce → Category and click Sync with Online.
- Sync subcategories the same way. Both now appear on the website and the app.

Step 4
Post products to your website and app in one click
Choose which products to sell online. One click sends each product live with its image, name, price and MRP.
- In Inventory → E-commerce, click Products (the bottom button).
- Search for the product you want to sell online.
- Click Post. You’ll see a “Successfully posted” message.
- Repeat for as many products as you like. The demo posts 14 in a few minutes.

Customers order from your app or website
Your customers get a fast, good-looking shopping experience with your shop’s name on it. New customers can sign up in seconds.
- The customer signs up with their name, mobile number and a password.
- They add products to the cart. The + button changes the quantity.
- At checkout they choose Pick Up Myself or Cash on Delivery, and a delivery time.
- They tap Place the Order. Done.

- In the billing software, click Online Orders.
- Click Search. New orders from the app and website appear automatically.
- Click an order. All its items go straight into the cart.
- Click Make the Bill and print it in one click.

Do I need to maintain the website separately from my billing software?
No. The website and mobile app are connected to the billing software. You push banners, categories and products from billing, and online orders come back into billing.
What if I don’t have photos of my products?
Use Bulk Image Update. The software creates product images with AI for your whole catalogue in about one to two minutes, and the same images are used online.
How do online orders reach my billing software?
Click Online Orders and then Search. New orders from the app and website appear. Click an order to load its items into the cart, then click Make the Bill and print.
Which payment options can my customers use?
